I don’t consider the “hello world” post as lame since it had a purpose. To be a placeholder. 
I’ve never had a blog before, and am not really sure why I have one now. I think it’s partly because I kept finding interesting sites, and I didn’t want to be “that guy” who forwards everything to his friends. It also may be that I want a way to talk things out.
